How to create a Wallboard

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then click Wallboard Management.
  3. Click the Phone tab.
  4. Click Add Wallboard.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then click Wallboard Management.

How to access the content of your Wallboard

After accessing your Wallboard, you can add up to 6 widgets on the wall for your view.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then click Wallboard Management.
  3. Click the Phone tab.
  4. Click on the name of the Wallboard you wish to access.
    A new page will open.
  5. On the right of the page, click Edit.
  6. From the Widget window, select the sources:
  7. (Optional) On the top right of the Widget window, click the X to close it, then on the top right of the page, click the Widget icon to re-open it.
