Enabling Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI

Sometimes finding the right words can be challenging. Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI leverages AI technology, which may include third-party models, to help you compose compelling content when setting up an event, including the event and session descriptions, speaker bios, lobby announcements, and more. You’ll maintain the ability to refine the generated event content by adjusting the tone, inputting prompts, and changing the length to give you confidence in what you’re communicating.

Requirements for enabling Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI

• Licensed user on a Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
• Account owner or admin privileges
• Zoom Events Unlimited license or Zoom Events Pay Per Attendee license; or Zoom Webinars Plus Unlimited license or Zoom Webinars Plus Pay Per Attendee license

Note: Zoom AI may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.

How to enable or disable Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI

Account

To enable or disable Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI for all users on the account:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
3. Click the Zoom AI tab.
4. Under Zoom Events, click the Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI toggle to enable or disable it.
5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

Note on data usage

Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party AI models.

We evaluate and update our models periodically, and those used to support Zoom AI may change from time to time. For Zoom AI features that use third-party AI models, we will share relevant data with those third parties when you use the feature. For example, if you use compose with Zoom AI to help write event content in Zoom Events, the event descriptions will be sent to the relevant model to provide the service. Data will be processed within U.S.-based data centers.
