Enabling Zoom Events Compose with Zoom AI Companion

Sometimes finding the right words can be challenging. Zoom Events Compose with AI Companion leverages AI technology, which may include third-party models, to help you compose compelling content when setting up an event, including the event and session descriptions, speaker bios, lobby announcements, and more. You’ll maintain the ability to refine the generated event content by adjusting the tone, inputting prompts, and changing the length to give you confidence in what you’re communicating.

Note on Data Usage

Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party AI models.

We evaluate and update our models periodically, and those used to support Zoom AI Companion may change from time to time. For AI Companion features that use third-party AI models, we will share relevant data with those third parties when you use the feature. For example, if you use compose with AI Companion to help write event content in Zoom Events, the event descriptions will be sent to the relevant model to provide the service. Data will be processed within U.S.-based data centers.
