Managing the Visitor Details tab


Admins can manage and view visitor information to see the number of visits, locations, and dates. They can also delete visitors, which removes their data, and block visitors, which means that the visitor can no longer be invited by a user.

How to access the Visitors Details tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management then Visitor Details.

Search the Visitors Details tab

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. At the top of the page, use the search bar to find a visitor.

Sort the Visitors Details tab

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. At the top of the page, click the All Status dropdown menu to sort users by Active or Blocked.

How to view visitor information

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. Under Name, click the name of the visitor
    A panel will appear, showing the name of the visitor, the visitor’s email address, and who has invited the visitor. Under Activity, you can also see the number of times the visitor has visited the locations and the visit dates/times.

How to block a visitor

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. To the right of a visitor, click Block.
    A confirmation window will appear.
  3. In the window, click Block.

Blocked users will be unable to receive invitations for any location. If users in your account attempt to send a blocked visitor an invitation, they will receive an email that informs them that they cannot invite a blocked visitor.

How to delete a visitor

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. To the right of a visitor, click the trash icon .
    A confirmation window will appear.
  3. In the window, click Confirm.
    Note: Deleting will remove all information which includes but is not limited to personal data (Name, Email, Photo), questionnaires, and signed documents. This action cannot be undone. This action cannot be undone.

How to add a blocked visitor

  1. Access the Visitors Details tab.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Add a Blocked Visitor.
  3. Add a blocked visitor:
    • Click the Single tab to add only one blocked visitor.
      1. Enter the following information:
        • Visitor's Full Name: Enter the visitor's first and last name.
        • Visitor's Email: Enter the visitor's email address.
        • (Optional) Visitor's Organization Name (optional): Enter the visitor's company.
      2. Click Save.
    •  Click the Multiple tab to add multiple blocked visitors.
      1. In a row, enter the following information:
        • Visitor's Full Name: Enter the visitor's first and last name.
        • Visitor's Email: Enter the visitor's email address.
        • (Optional) Visitor's Organization Name (optional): Enter the visitor's company.
      2. Repeat step 1 and add visitor information in the rows.
      3. Click Save.
