How to register from the visitor invitation email

  1. Open the visitor invitation email.
  2. In the email, click the Complete Registration Form button.
    You will be directed to the registration form.
  3. Complete the registration form, then click Complete Registration.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a check-in code for your check-in when you arrive at the office.

How to check in to the office

When you arrive at the office, you can check in at the front desk.

  1. After arriving at the office’s front desk, locate the virtual kiosk.
  2. On the virtual kiosk, tap Visitor.
  3. Use the check-in code from your visitor invitation email on the kiosk.

You will be checked in. Upon check-in, the host will receive an email notification that you have arrived.
