Managing the Visitors Dashboard
The Visitors Management dashboard allows account owners and admins to see information about visitors and their responses to questionnaires. Admins can view specific data about how Visitor Management is being used. They can see the number of visitors, the number of hosts, and the frequency of visitors during certain times.

How to access and view the Visitors Dashboard
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
- In the top tab menu, click the ellipsis , then select Workspaces.
- Click the Visitors tab.
- Select how you want to filter your metrics at the top of the page:
- Select a Time Range or select a specific date range.
- In the Location dropdown, select a hierarchy level (country/region, state, city, campus, building, or floor).
The metric will provide values for Number of Visitors, Number of Invites, Number of Hosts, and Check In Rate. Each metric is defined below.
Visitor Management dashboard metrics definition
You can view the following in the Visitor Management metric:
- Number of Visitors: This metric displays the total number of visitors during the specified time period you are viewing.
- Number of Invites: This metric displays the total number of invites during the specified time period you are viewing.
- Number of Hosts: This metric displays the total number of hosts during the specified time period you are viewing.
- Check In Rate: The percentage of total reservations that were successfully checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
- Checked in: The number of reservations that were successfully checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
- Did not check in: The number of reservations that were not checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
How to view the Visitors Dashboard charts
After you access and filter the Visitors dashboard, you can view your dashboard's charts.
- Visitors Per Day: This bar chart displays the amount of visitors on different dates.
- Checked In Visitors: This bar chart shows the metric of visitors who have checked in on different dates.
On each chart, hover your mouse over a bar to see the exact number of visitors and the specific date.
How to download CSV reports
- Access the Visitors Dashboard.
- At the bottom of the dashboard, click the download button to export the following reports:
- Visitor Details
- Questionnaire Results
- Select the date of the export data.
- Click Export.
A CSV file will download.
