Uploading Microsoft OneDrive files into Zoom Whiteboard
Users can connect their Microsoft OneDrive account to the Whiteboard and easily access and share files directly from their Microsoft OneDrive account. With this integration, users can choose files and add them to the canvas, allowing for collaborative annotation and discussion. This feature enhances the usability and productivity of the Whiteboard by providing access to relevant documents from Microsoft OneDrive.
Note: Users also have the option to upload files to the whiteboard directly from their Google Drive.

How to connect your Microsoft OneDrive account
If the app is not pre-approved, contact your Zoom admin to approve this app for your account.
- Create or open a whiteboard.
- In the toolbar on the left side of the screen, click the Upload PDFs and Images icon .
- In the Add documents from Microsoft OneDrive dialog box, click Log into Microsoft OneDrive.
- Log into your Microsoft account.
- Click Accept to grant Microsoft OneDrive read and write access to your data.
- Click Confirm.
A success message will appear. - Close the tab and return to the whiteboard screen.
You will see the Microsoft OneDrive window where you can select and upload your files from Microsoft OneDrive.
How to upload Microsoft OneDrive files into the whiteboard
- Create or open a whiteboard.
- In the toolbar on the left side of the screen, click the Upload PDFs and Images icon .
- Click Microsoft OneDrive.
- Select the file you want to upload into the whiteboard canvas.
- Click Select.
The selected file will be uploaded to the canvas.
How to manage the uploaded file from Microsoft OneDrive
Click the uploaded file to open the selection toolbar. In the selection toolbar, you can do the following:
- Click the Linkout icon to open the file in another window or external link.
- Click the Refresh icon to refresh the file to ensure the latest content or updates.
- Click the Download File icon to download the file to your device.
- Click the Extract Pages icon to extract specific pages or content from the file.
- Click the Previous or Next to navigate between pages of the file.
- Click the Lock icon to lock the selected file.
- Click the More icon to perform the following actions:
- Copy: Copy the selected file.
- Copy as image: Copy the selected file and save them as an image file format.
- Paste: Place the copied file somewhere else on the whiteboard.
- Duplicate: Make an exact copy of the selected file.
- Copy Link to Object: Copy the hyperlink or URL of a selected file which can then be shared or pasted.
- Bring Forward: Move the selected file up one layer.
- Bring to Front: Put the selected file on the top layer.
- Send Backward: Move the selected file back one layer.
- Send to Back: Put the selected file on the bottom layer.
- Save as Template: Save the selected file as a template.
- Info: Show the creator and last editor of the selected file.
- Lock: Lock file and groups of files.
- Delete: Delete the selected file.
Note: You can also right-click on the file to perform the actions above.
