Downloading Zoom Virtual Agent history data

Zoom Virtual Agent clients have the option to download their own chatbot or AI agent data for a more in-depth analysis. This data includes information on customer queries, detailing what queries were entered and how Zoom Virtual Agent handled them.

Requirements for downloading Zoom Virtual Agent history data

Any account owner or admin role with Virtual Agent permission
Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
Zoom Virtual Agent license

How to download Zoom Virtual Agent history data

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, under Personal, click Analytics & Reports.
Click the Virtual agents tab.
Click History data download.
Click New data download, then choose one of the following options:
- Chatbot
  - Engagement history
  - Query history
  - Transcript history
- AI Agent
  - Engagement history
  - Query history
In the Download data window, configure the following:
- Time Zone and Date Range: Select the desired period for the data.
- File Name: Enter a custom name for the export file.
- File Format: Choose your preferred file format.
- Data Filters: Select the relevant filters based on the selected data type.
- Variables:
  - Add system or custom variables, define rules, and assign values (up to 20 total).
  - You may also select up to 5 global system variables.
- Fields Selection: Choose which fields to include or exclude from the export (e.g., uncheck the Campaign field if not needed).
  Note: Variable and field selection options may not be available for all history data types.
Click Download Data.
Monitor the download processing.
Once completed, the file will be ready for download, and you will receive an email notification confirming the export. The file will be accessible for 7 days.
Click Download to save the file on your device.
