Subscribing to Zoom Virtual Agent email reports
Zoom Virtual Agent clients have the option to subscribe to a weekly email report that provides insights into the metrics and trends of the previous week. This weekly update includes information on weekly KPI (SSR), trends in user intents, the most frequently used articles for that week, and the bot flows with the highest usage.

Prerequisites for subscribing to email reports
- Any account owner or admin role with Virtual Agent permission
- Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
- Zoom Virtual Agent license
How to subscribe to Zoom Virtual Agent email reports
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, under Personal, click Analytics & Reports.
- Click the Virtual Agent Analytics tab.
- In the Historical Reports section, click Subscriptions.
You will be directed to a page where you can see the list of subscriptions created by other users previously. This list includes information on the email recipient, the frequency of sending the email, and the option to delete it. - Click Add Subscription.
- On the Add Subscription page, provide the following details:
- Subscription Name: Enter a name for the subscription.
- Recipient email: Enter a valid email address to which the report will be sent.
- Campaign(s): Select a campaign from the drop-down list.
- Frequency: This feature only supports a weekly report.
- Weeks end on: Choose between Saturday or Sunday.
- Delivery Day: Select which day you want your report sent. We recommend setting your delivery day to just after the week has ended.
- Click the checkbox to confirm that you are authorized to share the reports with the recipients you listed.
- Click Save.
Your first report will arrive on the next delivery day in the future, and will cover the previous week.
