Previewing attachments and documents in Zoom Mail

Users can preview documents, such as PDFs and images, that are attached to emails on the Zoom Mail client.

Note: You can preview PDF and image files in Zoom Mail. For other formats, you will need to select other apps to open the files.

- Windows: 5.14.5 or higher
- macOS: 5.14.5 or higher
Zoom mobile app
- Android: 5.14.5 or higher
- iOS: 5.14.5 or higher
Zoom Mail and Calendar Clients enabled and an email service integrated with Zoom

How to preview attachments in emails

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
Click the Mail tab .
Open an email with attachments.
(Optional) Download your attachments in the following ways:
- At the top of the attachments section, click Download All to download all attachments.
- Hover your mouse over an attachment and click the download button to download the attachment.
In the attachment section, hover your mouse over an attachment, then click the ellipsis and select from the following actions:
Note: These options are only available for files that support preview.
- Open file: Open the attachment file.
- Show in folder: View the attachment in a folder on your device.
- Save as...: Save the attachment by specifying the name and location of it.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
Click the Mail tab .
Open an email with attachments.
Hover your mouse over an attachment and click the preview icon to preview the attachment.
- For multiple image attachments, use the following actions:
  - Click the back arrow or forward arrow to scroll through the image attachments.
  - Use the slider to zoom in or zoom out of the attachment.
  - Rotate the image.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
Click the Mail tab .
Open an email with attachments.
Hover your mouse over an attachment and click the preview icon to preview the attachment.
