Presenters can enhance their Zoom meeting or webinar by applying various layouts when sharing content, such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides. As a presenter, you can choose layout options in the screen share window to customize how your video and shared content appear to viewers, making presentations more engaging.
Requirements for using screen sharing presenter layouts
Presenter layouts are not supported in cloud recordings or live streaming. To record presenter layouts, you can use computer recording on Zoom desktop app version 6.3.0 or higher.

How to use screen sharing presenter layouts
Join a meeting or webinar on the Zoom desktop app.
In the meeting or webinar controls toolbar, click Share. The screen share modal will appear.
Select a screen or application to share. Note: Not all sharing options support presenter layouts, and the options in the Presenter layout panel will be disabled if they aren’t supported. For example, you cannot select a presenter layout when you choose to share Computer audio from the Advanced tab of the share modal.
In the Presenter layout panel on the right, select a presenter layout. When you choose a presenter layout, you will see a preview of how it will look to viewers.

(Optional) Depending on the presenter layout you chose, you can customize the following:
Resize or move the video
Resize or move the shared content
Add a wallpaper
(Optional) Under Share options, you can choose to share sound, optimize for video sharing, and more.
When you're ready to start or resume sharing, click Share.
