Importing and exporting bot flows


Zoom Virtual Agent admins can utilize the option to export or import bot flows, simplifying the process of creating complex bot flows in the bot flow editor. This becomes particularly useful in scenarios where a company operates multiple bots, requiring the sharing of bot flows across different groups.

How to import bot flows

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu on the left, click AI Management then Virtual Agent.
  3. Click on the name of the bot flow you want to import.
  4. Click the Bot Flows tab.
  5. Next to the Add Flow button, click Import.
  6. In the Import Bot Flow window, provide the following details:
    • Name: Enter a display name for your bot flow.
    • Bot Flow Description (Optional): Provide a description of the bot flow.
    • Version Description (Optional): Provide a description of the version of the bot flow you want to import.
  7. Click the Import button to upload the bot flow.
  8. Click Add.
    You will be directed to the bot flow canvas where you can edit the bot flow and publish it.

How to export bot flows

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu on the left, click AI Management then Virtual Agent.
  3. Click on the name of the bot flow you want to export.
  4. Click the Bot Flows tab.
  5. Click on the specific flow you want to export.
    You will be directed to the bot flow canvas.
  6. In the top-right corner, click the ellipses icon .
  7. Click Export.
    The exported bot flow will be saved to your device.
