With Zoom Meetings, you have the convenience of generating a permanent meeting link, enabling participants to join your sessions seamlessly using the same URL at any time. This feature proves especially beneficial for recurring meetings involving the same set of attendees scheduled at different times. To create your single permanent meeting link, you'll need to access the Zoom web portal as this functionality is no longer supported within the Zoom application itself.

How to create a reusable/permanent Zoom Meeting link

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, under PERSONAL, click Meetings.
  3. Click the Upcoming tab.
  4. On the right, click Schedule a Meeting.
  5. Fill out all the necessary fields for your meeting and make sure of the following:

  7. (Optional) You can copy and paste the link into your preferred calendar for your selected date and time, or share the meeting link using your preferred method.
