Managing the Zoom Mail Reporting tab


In Mail/Calendar Management, account owners and admins can search for emails and view the emails’ associated activity in the Reporting tab. They can also view aggregate metrics for all users in their account.

Prerequisites for managing the Zoom Mail Reporting tab

Note: Pro accounts have the Zoom Mail and Calendar Services enabled by default. For Business and Enterprise accounts, the Zoom Mail and Calendar Services are disabled by default.

How to access the Reporting tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Mail/Calendar Management then Reporting.

How to view account-level metrics in the Reporting tab

  1. Access the Reporting tab.
  2. Under Select a domain for reporting, click the dropdown menu to select the domain you want to manage.
  3. To the right of Time Range, click the dropdown menu to select the number of days.
  4. To the right of Time Zone, click the dropdown menu to select the time zone.
  5. View the following charts:
    • Total Emails: View the metrics for Emails sent and Emails received across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Email Size (MB): View the metrics for Emails sent and Emails received across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Inbound email: encryption: View the metrics for Encrypted and Not encrypted inbound emails across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Outbound email: encryption: View the metrics for Encrypted and Not encrypted outbound emails across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Inbound email: delivery: View the metrics for Delivered and Bounced inbound emails across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Inbound email: encryption type: View the metrics for UI and Server inbound emails across the selected date range and time zone.
    • Outbound email: delivery: View the metrics for UI and Server outbound emails across the selected date range and time zone.
  6. Hover your mouse over the charts to view the numbers for each metric.
  7. (Optional) At the bottom of the chart, select the metric's checkbox to make it appear on the chart. Deselect the metric's checkbox to hide it from the chart.

How to download a CSV file of a chart

  1. Access the Reporting tab.
  2. In the top-right corner of a chart, click Download.
    A CSV file of the chart will download to your computer.
