- Support streamlined notification management: Admin control
Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub.
This functionality is accessible through the Notification Settings , and if enabled, allows users to conveniently adjust their notification settings on their personal settings page. This setting is available at the account and user level. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for March 18, 2024.

- Combine the Detailed Summary and Smart Chapters sections
Users can enjoy an improved Conversation Detail page experience in Zoom Revenue Accelerator, addressing UI suggestions for enhanced readability. The update combines the Detailed Summary and Smart Chapters sections, streamlining the Chapter/Detailed Summary experience while preserving the convenience of one-click copying for the Detailed Summary. - Support streamlined notification management

This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for March 18, 2024. - Ability to remove conversations in Processing analysis state
In the Conversations detail page, users can remove conversations that are still in Processing analysis state. When a user removes a conversation from Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), it will stop the processing and all analytics related to the conversation will be removed. Users can then re-add the recording to ZRA to be re-analyze.
This new feature aims to address situations where conversations get stuck in analysis due to unforeseen AI service instability or system bugs. - Support for additional transcript language: Arabic
Language support for multilingual transcription is expanding to include Arabic. The newly supported languages is currently in Beta. Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, are currently supported in Beta for these additional languages.

Note: The Introducing Group-level settings for ZRA has been pulled from release to expand testing and will be available in another upcoming release.
