- Phone call summary with Zoom AI Companion
Account owners and admins can enable the Phone call summary feature at the account, site, group, and user levels to allow Zoom AI Companion to generate summaries of phone calls. Additionally, admins can request that users decide whether they wish to have their phone calls summarized or not. The feature is disabled by default and is available for conversations in English only. When enabled by admins, individual participants in a phone conversation can initiate a summarization of the call to pinpoint critical discussion points. The summaries include dates, names, and key discussion points. Multiple participants can initiate a summarization, and at the end of the call, each person will receive their own version of the summary. During the call, participants can access the summarization tab to observe the progress of the call's summary as well as the identity of the individual(s) who initiated the summarization. Following the call, the summary can be accessed through the call history logs in the Zoom app or the Zoom web portal. Users can also email and edit the summary. - SMS summary with Zoom AI Companion
Account owners and admins can allow members of their call queues and auto-receptionists to summarize their SMS threads with Zoom AI Companion. The feature can be enabled at the account and site levels, as well as for their call queues and auto-receptionists. When enabled by their admins, members of those call queues and auto-receptionists can generate a summarization for their SMS thread to quickly understand the conversation and generate their response. - Voicemail prioritization with Zoom AI Companion
Account owners and admins can allow their users to prioritize their voicemails with Zoom AI Companion. The feature is disabled and locked by default, but admins can enable it at the account, site, group, and user levels. When enabled by their admins, users can define a topic or intent to assist them in managing their voicemails. They have the capacity to create a maximum of 10 intents. The system will then use the user-defined topic or intent to organize their incoming voicemails in order of priority. Users are also given the option to filter those voicemails. This feature serves to help users promptly identify important voicemails. Existing customers will have the feature enabled for their accounts, however, new customers need to submit a request to Zoom Support to get it enabled for their accounts. - Pull out task from transcription with AI Companion
Account owners and admins can allow their users to pull out tasks from their voicemail transcriptions with AI Companion. The feature is disabled and locked by default.
