Enabling Call summary with AI Companion


 

Admins can enable the Call summary with AI Companion feature to generate summaries of phone calls in their accounts. This feature uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, and allows Zoom Phone users to initiate an AI-generated call summary. At the end of the call, the summary is automatically accessible through the user’s call history logs in the Zoom app or web portal and can be edited and emailed.
