Using Call summary with AI Companion

When this feature is enabled, the Call summary with AI Companion in Zoom Phone allows users and participants to generate summaries of their ongoing phone conversations. This feature uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, and allows users to initiate an AI-generated call summary. At the end of the call, these summaries are automatically accessible to each person through the call history logs within the Zoom app or the web portal. The summary includes dates, names, and key discussion points that can be edited and emailed as needed. Users can view a condensed or complete version of the summary based on their preference.
