Enabling Voicemail Tasks

Account owners and admins can control the use of the Voicemail Tasks feature for their accounts. This feature uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, and allows Zoom Phone users to access a summarized list of tasks from their voicemail transcription to promptly identify important tasks. Voicemail transcription must be enabled for this feature to work.
