When enabled by admins, the Voicemail Tasks with AI Companion feature allows users to access a summarized list of tasks from their voicemail transcription to promptly identify important tasks.

Prerequisites for using Voicemail Tasks with AI Companion

• A Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise account
  Note: AI Companion may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.
• Voicemail Tasks with AI Companion enabled
• Voicemail Transcription enabled
• Zoom Desktop app
  • Windows: 5.16.5 or higher
  • macOS: 5.16.5 or higher
  • Linux: 5.16.5 or higher
• Zoom mobile app
  • Android: 5.16.5 or higher
  • iOS: 5.16.5 or higher

Limitations of Voicemail Tasks with AI Companion

• Voicemail Tasks with AI Companion is only supported in English at this time.
• Voicemail tasks generated by AI Companion are only accessible in the Zoom app.

How to access your voicemail tasks generated by AI Companion

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop or mobile app.
2. Click the Phone tab  .
3. Click the Voicemail tab.
4. Click your voicemail, then to the right of Transcription, click  View Task.
5. In the dialog window, review the task to make sure it’s accurate, then click Confirm.
6. (Optional) In the box, adjust your task as needed, then click Add.
7. (Optional) At the bottom of the task, click Edit, then Confirm, to repeat the editing process if you are not satisfied with the content, then click Save.
