You can add predefined topics to label your new voicemails. Once defined, those topics can be modified at any time, and a transcript of the voicemails will be used to determine the prioritization.
Depending on the admin settings for Voicemail Prioritization with AI, and when the Voicemail Prioritization with AI feature is not enabled, users will receive active in-call prompts that support catch-up summaries, decision tracking, and action item identification. Clear call-to-action buttons allow users to request that an admin enable Voicemail Prioritization with AI.
