Using Team SMS Thread Summary with AI

When Team SMS Thread Summary with AI feature is enabled, it allows Zoom Phone members of call queues and auto-receptionists with Customer Engagement Pack licenses to generate a summarization for their SMS thread to quickly understand the conversation and generate their response.

How to use Team SMS Thread Summary with AI

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop or mobile app.
  2. Click the Phone tab .
  3. Click the SMS tab.
  4. Click an SMS conversation.
  5. In the text box, click the Summarize with AI icon .
    The summary will display within a few seconds after clicking the icon.
    Note: You can generate a summary for an SMS thread that happened in the last 24 hours.
  6. (Optional) In the dialog box, use the following actions:
  7. (Optional) Click the Summarize with AI icon again to regenerate the summary if you are not satisfied with what was generated.
