When I tried to checkout on Zoom’s website, I got a message that I am no longer eligible for the MasterClass promotion. How can I resolve this?

I tried to access the promotion link from my phone and it did not work. What should I do? 

The promotion link is only accessible on desktop devices. Open the link on a computer instead of a mobile device.

I purchased a MasterClass subscription through Zoom and I did not receive an email with the MasterClass activation link. What should I do?

You can resend your activation link(s) to your email from the Plan Management page in the Zoom web portal.

I purchased more than one Zoom license, but only received one referral link. Is this correct? 

Eligible customers should receive one referral link per MasterClass plan purchased. For assistance with this issue, submit a request to Zoom Support.

I received my MasterClass activation link email, but when I try to redeem it on the MasterClass website, it doesn’t work. What should I do?

I already have a MasterClass subscription, how will this work with my existing subscription?

Purchasing a MasterClass subscription through Zoom will add an additional 12 months to your existing MasterClass subscription. Please refer to your MasterClass account page for more information. 

What happens after the end of my annual subscription period with MasterClass? 

Your annual subscription with MasterClass does not renew through Zoom. If you’d like to renew your annual subscription, you can do so on the MasterClass website.

How can I cancel or otherwise manage my MasterClass subscription?

If you need to manage your MasterClass subscription, including renewals, you can do so on the MasterClass website. Please note that MasterClass subscriptions are non-refundable.
