Managing Workspace Reservation scheduling privilege


Account owners and admins can assign delegates on behalf of users directly through the Zoom admin web portal. When a delegate is assigned, the user is notified. Users retain the ability to remove delegate access themselves. Account owners and admins can view logs of delegate assignments and removals. Admins can also batch-upload delegates via CSV.

How to access Workspace Reservation scheduling privilege

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management then Workspaces.
  3. Under Location Directory, click All Locations.
  4. Click Account Settings.
  5. Under Setup, locate the Set Workspace Reservation Schedule Privilege setting.
  6. Click Set Schedule Privilege.

How to set Workspace Reservation scheduling privilege

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. In the top-right corner, click + Add Schedule Privilege.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the window, under User or Group, enter a user or group name.
  4. Under Delegate(s), enter the delegates' names.
  5. (Optional) Click + Add Schedule Privilege to add more scheduling privileges.
  6. (Optional) To the right of a row you want to remove, click the trash icon .
  7. After you are finished adding scheduling privileges, click Add.

The user/group and delegates will receive email notifications.

Import scheduling privilege from CSV

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. In the top-right corner, click + Add Schedule Privilege.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the bottom-left corner, click Import from CSV .
    A pop-up window will appear.
  4. In the window, click Download CSV Sample and enter the scheduling privilege information into the CSV file.
    Note: CSV format requires User email and Delegate email. There is a maximum limit of 1,000 lines per CSV.
  5. Drag and drop the CSV file into the window or click Choose Files to upload the CSV file.
    The users/groups and their delegates will appear.
  6. (Optional) To the right of a row you want to remove, click the trash icon .
  7. Click Add.

The user/group and delegates will receive email notifications.

How to edit workspace scheduling privilege

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. To the right of the user or group you want to manage, click the pencil icon .
  3. Under Delegate(s), add or remove delegates for the user or group.
  4. (Optional) Click the icon to cancel your edits.
  5. When you're finished editing, click the checkmark icon to save your edits.

How to delete a scheduling privilege item

Delete an individual scheduling privilege item

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. To the right of the user or group you want to remove, click the trash icon .
    A confirmation window will appear.
  3. In the window, click Delete.
    The scheduling privilege item will be removed.

Delete multiple scheduling privilege items

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. To the left of the users or groups you want to remove, select the checkboxes.
  3. (Optional) To the left of User or Group, select the checkbox to select all scheduling privilege items.
  4. At the top of the page, click Delete.
    A confirmation window will appear.
  5. In the window, click Delete.
    The scheduling privilege items will be removed.

How to export a CSV file

  1. Access the Set Schedule Privilege setting.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Export .
    A CSV file will download with the workspace scheduling privilege details.
