This Month
- Current Plan: Provides information on the engagement level and plan price for the current billing cycle. This is the number of engagements included at your current subscription level.
- Engagements: Provides information on the number of engagements in the current billing cycle so far. As the billing cycle progresses, the number of engagements projected for the end of the billing cycle will also appear.
- Overage: Provides the number of engagements that have exceeded the predefined limits of the subscription plan. The projected overage is the number of engagements over the plan limit you are projected to hit, based on your rate of consumption so far. The projection doesn’t appear until enough data has been accumulated in the current billing cycle to make a projection. The projected cost is your projected overage times the cost per overage engagement.
