How to view the subscription activity report

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, under Personal, click Analytics & Reports.
  3. Click the Virtual Agent Analytics tab.
  4. In the Historical Reports section, click Subscription activity.
    You will be directed to the Subscription Activity dashboard, where you can view the following sections:

This Month

Historical Consumption

Use this section to look back over the last few billing cycles and get a historical perspective. Use the filter to view engagement metrics, projected engagements, and plan limits for different timeframes, such as the current month, previous months, or combined periods. Use this section to view the detailed breakdown of your historical usage over time. It includes engagements, plan limits, and any overages for each billing cycle. This allows you to analyze your usage patterns, identify peak usage periods, and make informed decisions about your subscription plan.
