Team Chat Quick Reply with AI Companion uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, to facilitate quick responses within chat, streamlining the process of replying to messages. When this feature is enabled, AI Companion will provide suggested reply options.
Additionally, AI Companion can help you schedule meetings, summarize chat threads, and compose messages.

Prerequisites for using Team Chat Quick Reply
- A Licensed user on a Zoom Pro, Zoom One Business, Zoom One Business Plus, Zoom One Enterprise, Zoom One Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
- Team Chat Quick Reply for AI Companion enabled
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 6.0.10 or higher
- macOS: 6.0.10 or higher
- Linux: 6.0.10 or higher
- Zoom mobile app
- Android: 6.0.10 or higher
- iOS: 6.0.10 or higher
Limitations of Quick Reply
- Currently, this feature is available for mobile users.
- Currently, Team Chat Quick Reply is only supported in English.
- Use of Team Chat Quick Reply with AI Companion is not available in all countries.
How to reply to a message using Team Chat Quick Reply with AI Companion
Android | iOS
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Tap the Team Chat tab.
- Select the message to which you want to respond.
Suggested replies will appear when the latest message meets the conditions for a quick response. - Tap a suggested reply.
Suggested replies will be removed if you type your own text. - Enter your message.
- In the lower-right corner of the chat compose box, tap the send icon.
