Configuring automatic SMS import and visibility


Account owners, admins, and users can automatically import deal-related SMS to display in Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). They can also remove SMS individually at any time. This feature supports SMS conversations through Zoom Phone within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. ZRA accounts that have a majority of their customer conversations over SMS can leverage ZRA analytics and search capabilities for deal execution or representative/agent coaching.

Additionally, account owners, admins, and users can set the SMS visibility to allow users' SMS recipients and content to be visible and searchable by their selected audience.

How to enable or disable Auto-Import SMS

Account

To enable or disable Auto-Import SMS for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Conversations - Phone, click the Auto-Import SMS toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
  6. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

User

To enable or disable Auto-Import SMS for your own use:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Conversations - Phone, click the Auto-Import SMS toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
    Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin.

How to configure SMS Visibility

Account

To configure SMS Visibility for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Conversations - Phone, click the SMS Visibility dropdown menu to select from the following options:
    • Entire Account
    • All Team Members
    • Your Manager
    • Deal Owner Only
  5. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

Users' SMS recipients and content will be visible and searchable by the selected audience.

User

To configure SMS Visibility for your own use:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Conversations - Phone, click the SMS Visibility dropdown menu to select from the following options:
