Managing Zoom Phone Appliance device monitoring

Account owners and admins can set up alerts and notifications to monitor the status of Zoom Phone Appliance (ZPA) devices. New rules can be created for scenarios like ZPA devices going offline or online, or when the rate of offline ZPA devices at a site exceeds a certain threshold. The alerts can be configured to target specific ZPA devices, sites, or accounts. This feature informs admins about potential issues with ZPA devices.

Account owners and admins can also configure Zoom Phone Appliance alerts and notifications in Device Management.
