Enabling or disabling import and conversion of boards from other applications
Boards exported from Miro as PDFs can be imported and converted into Zoom Whiteboards, making it easy to transition visual information between platforms. This article will show you how to enable or disable this feature.

- Administrator privileges on the Zoom web portal
How to enable or disable the import and conversion of boards from other applications into editable boards
Account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Account Management, then Account Settings.
- Click the Whiteboard tab.
- Under the Other Settings section, click the Allow users to import and convert boards and diagrams from other applications into editable boards toggle to enable or disable the option.
- If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing these settings, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Group
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
- Click the applicable group name from the list.
- Click the Whiteboard tab.
- Under the Other Settings section, click the Allow users to import and convert boards and diagrams from other applications into editable boards toggle to enable or disable the option.
- If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing these settings, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
