Managing Revenue Accelerator notification settings

Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator-related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub. When enabled, this functionality allows users to conveniently adjust their notification settings on their personal settings page and users can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator-related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub. How to manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator notification settings

Account

To manage Notification Settings for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under More Settings, under the Notification Settings section, click Manage Account Notification.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  5. In the window, manage the account notification settings:
  6. Click Save.
  7. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

Group

To manage Notification Settings for a group of users:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
  3. Click the applicable group name from the list.
  4. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  5. Under More Settings, under the Notification Settings section, click Manage group notification.
    Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at the account level and needs to be changed at that level.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  6. In the window, manage the account notification settings:
  7. Click Save.
  8. (Optional) To prevent all users in the group from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

User

To manage General Notifications for your own use:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Notifications, under the General Notifications section, click Manage Notifications.
    A pop-up window will appear.
    Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin.
  5. In the window, manage the account notification settings:
  6. Click Save.
