Managing Revenue Accelerator notification settings
Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator-related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub. When enabled, this functionality allows users to conveniently adjust their notification settings on their personal settings page and users can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator-related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub. This functionality allows admins and users to conveniently adjust their notification preferences and subscriptions in one place.

How to manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator notification settings
Account
To manage Notification Settings for all users in the account:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
- Under More Settings, under the Notification Settings section, click Manage Account Notification.
A pop-up window will appear. - In the window, manage the account notification settings:
- Click the Conversations toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
Note: This email notification will include a summary and the next steps of a conversation.
- Click the Playlists toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users when new conversations or moments are added to any playlist they have subscribed to checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- To the right of Notification frequency, click the dropdown and select the notification frequency.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users instantly when someone directly shares a playlist with them checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- Click the Comments toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users instantly when they are mentioned or someone replies to their comments checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users instantly when comments made on their conversations checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- Click the Scorecards toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users when they are manually scored by someone checkbox.
- (Optional) Select the Notify users when they are Auto-scored checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Group
To manage Notification Settings for a group of users:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
- In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
- Click the applicable group name from the list.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
- Under More Settings, under the Notification Settings section, click Manage group notification.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at the account level and needs to be changed at that level.
A pop-up window will appear. - In the window, manage the account notification settings:
- Click the Conversations toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.

- (Optional) Select the Notify me when I am Auto-scored checkbox.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in the group from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
User
To manage General Notifications for your own use:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
- Under Notifications, under the General Notifications section, click Manage Notifications.
A pop-up window will appear.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin. - In the window, manage the account notification settings:
- Click the Conversations toggle to enable or disable it. If a confirmation window appears, click Confirm.
- To the right of Notification method, select either or both of the Email and Dashboard checkboxes.
