Adding media or files to Zoom Canvas

Adding images, audio, video, or files to your Zoom Canvas, is an easy process that can be beneficial when words only can’t describe your content.

Requirements for adding media or files to your Zoom Canvas

• Basic, Pro, Pro Plus, Business, Business Plus, Education, or Enterprise account
• Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom Web App
• Zoom Canvas enabled by admin

How to add images, audio, video, or files to your Zoom Canvas

You can attach up to a total of 2GB of media or files in your Zoom Canvas.

1. Create your Zoom Canvas.
2. On the top of the page, on the toolbar, click the plus icon or use the slash / menu.
3. Under Media, select one of the following:
   • Image: Add an image from your computer, Unsplash, or GIPHY, with a maximum size of 30M.
   • Audio: Upload an audio file from your computer, with a size limit of 1GB.
   • Video: Upload a video file from your computer, with a size limit of 1GB.
   • File: Upload a file from your computer, with a size limit of 1GB.
4. (Optional) Highlight your media, click the more icon , then click Delete to remove it from the doc.
