How to initiate AI in Zoom Canvas

After initiating AI in Zoom Canvas, a dialog box will appear. Click Continue to see this message each time you use AI , or select Don’t ask me again to prevent the dialog box from appearing in the future after you have read the Generate content with AI dialog box.

Use AI to generate new content in Zoom Canvas

  1. Initiate AI in a blank Zoom doc.
  2. Do one of the following:

  4. (Optional) Click Stop while the content is being generated if you change your mind or want to enter a different instruction.

Use AI to generate content from your Zoom meetings

If meeting summary is enabled on your account, you can use AI to generate meeting content in Zoom Canvas. Your admin must enable this feature. Learn more about enabling meeting summary.

  1. Initiate AI in a Zoom doc.
  2. Under Suggested, click Create from meeting, select an out-of-the-box suggestion, enter a prompt + @, or click the paperclip icon.
    A list of your past meetings will be displayed.
  3. (Optional) In the Meetings pop-up, click the calendar or filter  icon to search for a specific meeting.
  4. Select a meeting with the meeting summary you want to reference.
  5. Click the send icon  .
  6. (Optional) Click Stop while the content is being generated if you change your mind or want to enter a different instruction to improve the result.
