AI Companion Meeting Summary for LTI Pro
The LTI Pro app now supports AI Companion Meeting Summary for course meetings, available to both students and instructors within the LTI Pro LMS integration
Prerequisites for enabling Meeting Summary with LTI Pro
Limitations of using Meeting Summary with LTI Pro
- Meeting summaries generated for a course meeting before this feature will not be available in LTI Pro.
- If a meeting is imported into a course, its associated summaries will not be imported.
- If a meeting is disassociated or deleted from a course, its associated summaries will not be removed.
- Meetings utilizing Personal Meeting IDs (PMI) will not have their summaries associated with a course.
How to enable Meeting Summary for LTI Pro
- Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace.
- Click Manage, then click Apps on Account.
- Find the LTI Pro App.
- Under the Action column, click the More icon, then click Configure.
- Next to the desired LTI credentials, click Edit.
- Enable Enable AIC Meeting Summary.
- Under Summaries Available To Students, select which meeting summaries will be available to students:
- All: All meeting summaries will be made available to students.
- Published Only: Only meeting summaries selected by instructors will be made available to students.
Note: By default the setting will be set to Published Only.
Once enabled, users within the course will have a new tab called Meeting Summary within their LTI Pro app, where all available meeting summaries associated with the course will be viewable.
