Configuring coaching activity tracker settings
Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) account owners and admins can set the number of days after which the Needs attention team flag will be shown. ZRA admins can also set the types of activities that would trigger the Needs attention badge, and this includes the number of recordings commented, the number of recordings manually scored, the number of recordings viewed, and the number of meetings joined.
The Coaching Activity Tracker is available for admins and ZRA users who have been assigned as team managers.
