Using the coaching activity tracker
Zoom Revenue Accelerator's coaching activity tracker allows sales leaders to quickly understand what managers are coaching their teams and the last time that they coached them. Sale leaders can access a unified coaching metrics dashboard that provides a hierarchical, organizational view as well as a team-specific view of coaching activities. The dashboard offers clear visibility into the number of calls invited, joined, listened to, scored, and commented on during a given period. Intuitive filter selections and consistency between the team-specific and roll-up hierarchical views are included.

How to access the Zoom Revenue Accelerator coaching activity tracker
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Coaching.
- Click the Coaching activity tracker tab.
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
- In the top navigation menu, click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
Note: If Revenue Accelerator is not listed in the top navigation menu, click More then Revenue Accelerator. - In the left navigation menu, click Coaching.
- Click the Coaching activity tracker tab.
How to filter and sort the team-specific view of coaching activities
When you first access the Coaching activity tracker tab, you can view all teams' information at a glance.
Select columns to display
- Access the Coaching activity tracker tab.
- In the top-right corner, click the gear icon , then select the columns you want the page to display:
Note: Users can sort the results of this report by most of the columns.
- Team: Displays the team name.
- Member count: Displays the number of team members.
- Team manager: Displays the name of the team manager.
- Parent team: Displays the parent team name.
- Need attention: Indicates managers need to spend time coaching.
Note: This column is only displayed when the account enables the Team coaching activity tracker - Need attention setting. - Conversation review activity: The team manager commented or manually scored the percentage (%) of conversations in which they viewed.
- Viewed: Displays the number of recordings played or scrolled transcripts.
- Total conversation: Displays the total number of conversations.
- Commented: Displays the number of recordings where a comment or mention (@) comment was made.
- Last commented: Displays the date of the last comment made.
- Manually scored: Displays the number of manually scored recordings.
- Last manually scored: Displays the date of the last manually scored recording.
- Joint conversation activity: The team manager participates in the percentage (%) of meetings in which he is invited.
- Invited: Displays the number of invited meetings.
- Joined: Displays the date of the last meeting joined.
- Click Confirm.
Filter search results
You can search by teams or team managers.
At the top of the Coaching activity tracker tab, set the following filters based on your preference:
- Scope: Use the Scope filter to find specific teams.
- To view your team's coaching activity, click the Scope filter dropdown and select My team.
- To view coaching activity shared with you or your team, click the Scope filter dropdown and select All teams.
- To view your managed team's coaching activity, click the Scope filter dropdown and select the managed team name.
- To select a specific team's coaching activity, click the Scope filter dropdown and select Select team(s)....
Note: The teams listed depend on the access configured by your Revenue Accelerator admins.
A pop-up window will appear.
- In the window, search for the team you want to manage.
- (Optional) Select the All teams checkbox to select all ZRA teams.
- Select the checkbox of the team that you want to filter under Recent selection, My teams, or All teams.
- (Optional) Click the Select team individually toggle to enable or disable it.
- Click Apply.
- Time Period: Click the dropdown to select Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or Custom Period.
- Use the search bar to search for a team or team manager.
How to use the team-specific view of coaching activities
- Access the Revenue Accelerator coaching activity tracker.
- Filter and sort the team-specific view of coaching activities.
- To the right of a team, click the numbers under the following columns to view specific details about the team's conversations:
- Viewed: Displays the total number of conversations during your filtered time frame.
- Total conversation: Displays the conversations that were viewed during your filtered time frame.
- Commented: Displays the conversations that were commented on during your filtered time frame.
- Manually scored: Displays the conversations that were manually scored during your filtered time frame.
Edit the team management column
Note: If you have Team Management edit permissions and the Team manager field is empty, you can add a team manager.
- Access the Revenue Accelerator coaching activity tracker.
- To the right of a team, under the Team manager column, click + Add.
- Search for and select a team manager, then click the blue checkmark icon .
The team manager will be added. - (Optional) Edit a team manager:
- To the right of a team, under the Team manager column, hover your cursor over the team manager name, then click the pencil icon .
- Search for and select a team manager, then click the blue checkmark icon .
Note: You can select multiple managers.
How to filter and sort the member-specific view of coaching activities
When you first access the team member-specific view for coaching activities, you can view individual team members' information at a glance.
- Access the Revenue Accelerator coaching activity tracker.
- Under the Team column, click the team name that you want to manage.
You will be directed to the team's coaching activity page. This page displays the individual team members and their conversation activity metrics. - On the team's coaching activity page, filter and sort the page:
- Time Period: Click the dropdown to select Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or Custom Period.
- Use the search bar to search for a team member or team manager.
- In the top-right corner, click the gear icon , then select the columns you want the page to display, and then click Confirm:
- Name
- Conversation review activity
- Viewed
- Total conversation
- Commented
- Last commented
- Manually scored
- Last manually scored
- Joint conversation activity
- Invited
- Joined
- Last joined
How to use the member-specific view of coaching activities
- Access the Revenue Accelerator coaching activity tracker.
- Under the Team column, click the team name that you want to manage.
You will be directed to the team's coaching activity page. This page displays the individual team members and their conversation activity metrics. - Filter and sort the member-specific view of coaching activities.
- To the right of a team member, click the numbers under the following columns to view specific details about the team member's conversations:
- Viewed: Displays the total number of conversations during your filtered time frame.
- Total conversation: Displays the conversations that were viewed during your filtered time frame.
- Commented: Displays the conversations that were commented on during your filtered time frame.
- Manually scored: Displays the conversations that were manually scored during your filtered time frame.
