Configuring Zoom to Microsoft presence synchronization

Presence synchronization from Zoom to Microsoft allows users to have their Zoom presence reflected in Microsoft 365. This capability requires users to authenticate and authorize their Microsoft account through the Zoom web portal. This allows the integration to synchronize user's Zoom Presence through to Microsoft and reflected in apps like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and more.

Authentication and Authorization: Users must authorize this integration through Zoom's Web Portal with their Microsoft account to enable this feature. This ensures that the presence status is directly tied to the user's authenticated identity.

Seamless Integration: Once authenticated, users can set their presence state in Zoom, and it will be reflected in Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams.

Hybrid: This feature is particularly beneficial for users who utilizes both Zoom and Microsoft Teams
