Enabling or disabling AI features using the universal toggle
Account owners and admins of select Zoom Workplace Pro and Workplace Business accounts can enable or disable several Zoom AI features using the AI universal toggle within the Web Portal. The universal toggle is available at the Account level settings. Users in the account will still be in control of when the AI features are used.
Requirements for enabling or disabling AI features using the universal toggle
- Pro, Education, Business, and Enterprise account (Some accounts may not be eligible. Refer to Limitations section)
- Zoom Room license
- Account owner or admin privileges to manage the settings
Limitations of the AI universal toggle
- The feature is not applicable to the following account types:
- Workplace Basic Plus
- Contact Center Package
- Contact Center Concurrent Package
- Other account exclusions may apply
How to enable or disable AI features using the universal toggle
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Admin Center.
- In the side menu, click Settings
. - Click Zoom AI.
- Click the Allow Zoom AI on this account toggle
to enable or disable it. - If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) Enable or disable other AI features, including Meeting Summary with AI, Allow users to ask meeting questions with AI, and other AI features.
