Using Przelewy24 as a Zoom payment method

Zoom accepts Przelewy24 (P24) as a payment method for customers who meet the eligibility criteria.

Prerequisites for paying with P24

• One of the following:
  • Customer making an active (net-new) purchase through one of the following scenarios:
    • Existing free Zoom account upgrading to a paid Zoom account
    • Existing free Zoom account resubscribing to a paid Zoom account (has an old, existing payment method on file)
    • New Zoom customer purchasing an account
  • Customer with existing P24 payment method purchasing an account upgrade
  • Existing paid Zoom account with different payment method wanting to change it to P24 for future invoices
• Transacting in PLN currency
• Billing address in Poland

Note: Online purchase of Cloud Recording, Zoom Phone, and Audio Conferencing is not currently supported with this payment method.

How to use P24 as your Zoom payment method

Make a new purchase using P24

1. Start your purchase from the Zoom Plans and Pricing page and follow the instructions on screen.
2. Once you reach the payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Przelewy24.
3. Click Place Order.
   You will be directed to enter your P24 credentials, this includes selecting your bank, confirming your email, and entering your full name. By default, the same email for your Zoom account is automatically populated, but you can change it. This email will receive payment method notifications.
4. Once your credentials have been entered, click Continue.
   You will be redirected to your bank account to authorize the transaction.
5. Authorize the transaction.
   After the transaction authorization, your account will be set up almost immediately and you will receive an email confirming your subscription details.
6. Once you receive confirmation, you can review your subscription and print your invoice after placing your order.

Change payment method to P24

If your plan was originally purchased using a different payment method, you can change your payment method to P24 through the Zoom web portal for future payments. Learn how to pay for your invoices with P24.

How to pay invoices with P24

Regardless of which payment method you originally purchased your Zoom plan with, you can pay for invoices with P24 if you meet eligibility requirements. If you have auto-pay enabled, when your invoice is due, you will receive an email from Zoom providing a link to sign in to your Zoom account and complete your payment. From there, you can select Przelewy24 and enter your credentials to pay your invoice.
