Using Docs sentence completion with AI Companion

Users can leverage predictive content suggestions with AI Companion for Zoom Docs to speed up writing content. Follow the steps below to get started.

Prerequisites to use AI Companion to complete sentences in Zoom Docs

• Pro, Pro Plus, Business, Business Plus, Education, or Enterprise account
  Note: Basic accounts may have the option to enable AI features, but these features will not be accessible until the account is upgraded to a Pro account.
• Zoom Workplace desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom Workplace mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom Web App
• Zoom Docs enabled by admin
• Docs sentence completion enabled by admin

How to use AI Companion to complete a sentence

1. Create or access your document.
2. On the top right of the page, click the more icon  .
3. Click Auto-suggest to receive predictive writing suggestions.
4. Click the toggle  to enable Auto-complete.
5. Start typing in the body of the page.
   You will receive suggestions as you type.
6. Click the Tab key on your keyboard to accept the suggestion.
