Requirements for using AI to complete sentences in Zoom Canvas

• A Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace for Education, or Zoom Workplace Enterprise account
• Zoom Workplace desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom Workplace mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.1.6 or higher
• Zoom Web App
• Zoom Canvas enabled by admin
• Canvas sentence completion with AI enabled by admin

Note: AI features may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.

How to use AI to complete a sentence in Zoom Canvas

1. Create or access your document.
2. In the top-right corner, click the more icon .
3. Click Auto-suggest.
4. Click the toggle next to Auto-complete to enable it for your document.
5. Start typing in the body of the page.
   You may receive predictive writing suggestions as you type.
6. Press the Tab key on your keyboard to accept the suggestion.
