Using the web portal Events and Webinars Plus tab
Users with Zoom Events and Zoom Webinars Plus paid licenses and direct sale trial users can access a Events and Webinars Plus entry point on the Zoom web portal. This entry point provides information about their license offerings, highlighted features, and a demo module. It also includes a call-to-action to easily navigate to the Events portal and onboard to the product.
Note: For users with direct sale trial licenses, the entry point displays their trial offering details, trial duration, and a buy option.

How to use the web portal Webinars & Events tab
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Events or Webinars Plus.
Depending on your choice, the Events or Webinars Plus entry page will appear, where you will see the welcome screen with the following:
- Summary of the product
- Access to the Events portal
- Highlight feature videos
- Click Get started to open the Events portal.
Depending on whether you're a new or existing user, you will be directed to the following locations:
- If you're an existing user, you will be directed to the hub event listing page.
- If you're a new user, you will be directed to a new tab that will display an onboarding welcome screen. This screen will help you get started and walk you through hub setup.
- Click Watch Video to view the Zoom Events and Zoom Webinars Plus highlight feature video tutorials.
