How to remove Zoom Virtual Agent from the website
Disable Zoom Virtual Agent Campaigns
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Management then Virtual Agent.
- Click the Campaigns tab.
- To the right of the running campaign, click the ellipsis icon then select Delete to disable or remove the campaign.
Remove Zoom Virtual Agent code
Coordinate with your technical team to execute the following actions, as needed:
- Remove ZVA SDK: Uninstall the ZVA SDK from all associated websites.
- Check for Button Redirections: Identify and remove any button redirections that point to ZVA URLs.
- Remove ZVA Scripts from CRM Platforms or Google Tag Manager: If your organization has integrated ZVA in any CRM Platforms or Google Tag Manager, identify and remove ZVA scripts from those environments.
- Remove ZVA SDK on Native apps: If your organization has integrated ZVA with any native apps (for example, mobile applications), make sure to remove the SDK from those environments as well.
