Using Call Me On for Zoom Phone

Add a Call Me On phone number

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
3. In the navigation menu, click Phone .
4. In the Call me on section, select the checkbox to enable it. De-select the checkbox to disable it.
   A pop-up window will appear.
5. In the window, add your Call me on phone number:
   • (Optional) Select a Label: Click the dropdown menu to label your phone number as Mobile, Home, Office, or Other.
   • Enter your phone number:
     • Click the Country/Region dropdown and select your country/region.
     • Enter your phone number.
   • (Optional) Select the Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls checkbox to enable it. De-select the checkbox to disable it.
     When enabled, you will hear an automated message that says, "Press 1 to complete your Zoom Phone call" before connecting your call.
   • Select the I acknowledge that calls forwarded to the PSTN may be billed based on usage, per the terms of my calling plan. checkbox.
6. Click Continue.
7. View the verification acknowledgment.
   Zoom will send a verification code to the phone number that you entered.
8. Click Continue.
9. Enter the verification code that you received on your device, then click Confirm.
   After verifying your phone number, your phone number will appear in the Call me on section.

When enabled, you will be able to use your mobile or home phone to place calls. The Zoom app will call your device first before ringing the called number.

Notes:

• Your phone number will be masked with Zoom Phone caller ID.
• Call controls will be available on your personal device.

Edit the Call Me On phone number

After adding a Call Me On phone number, you can edit that number.

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
3. In the navigation menu, click Phone .
4. In the Call me on section, to the right of the number you want to manage, click Edit.
5. Edit the phone number and its information.
6. Verify the phone number.

After editing and verifying the new phone number, it will be saved in the Call me on section.

Delete the Call Me On phone number

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
3. In the navigation menu, click Phone .
4. In the Call me on section, to the right of the number you want to manage, click Delete.
   A confirmation window will appear.
5. In the window, click Delete.
   Note: Deleting the Call me on phone number will turn off the Call Me On capability.

Add a Call Me On phone number

1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
2. Tap More , then tap Phone.
3. Tap Call me on.
4. Add your Call me on phone number:
   • (Optional) Select a Label: Select the label for your phone number as Mobile, Home, Office, or Other.
   • Phone number: Tap Phone number, then complete the following details:
     • Select your country/region.
     • Enter your phone number.
5. Tap Continue.
6. View the verification acknowledgment, then tap Confirm.
   Zoom will send a verification code to the phone number that you entered.
7. Enter the verification code that you received on your device, then tap Confirm.
   After verifying your phone number, your phone number will appear in the Call me on section.
8. (Optional) Tap the Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls toggle to enable or disable it.
   When enabled, you will hear an automated message that says, "Press 1 to complete your Zoom Phone call" before connecting your calls.
9. In the top-right corner, tap Enable.

When enabled, you will be able to use your mobile or home phone to place calls. The Zoom app will call your device first before ringing the called number.

Notes:

• Your Call Out phone number will be masked with Zoom Phone caller ID.
• Call controls will be available on your personal device.

Edit the Call Me On phone number

After adding a Call Me On phone number, you can edit that number.

1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
2. Tap More , then tap Phone.
3. Tap Call me on.
4. Edit the phone number and its information.
5. Verify the phone number.

After editing and verifying the new phone number, it will be saved in the Call me on section.

Turn off Call Me On

1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
2. Tap More , then tap Phone.
3. Tap Call me on.
4. At the bottom of the screen, tap Turn off.
   The Call Me On feature will be disabled for your phone number and your device.

Note: At the top of the Zoom Phone keypad, a banner will be displayed, showing that you're using the Call Me On feature. You can click Turn Off to turn off the feature before calling.

3. Dial the phone number that you want to call.
   You will receive a call from Zoom on your device. The Zoom Workplace app will call your device first before ringing the called number.
4. Depending on your Call Me On settings in the Zoom app, complete the following actions to connect the call:
   • If you selected the Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls checkbox, use your device to accept the call from Zoom and press 1 to connect the call.
   • If you did not select the Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls checkbox, use your device to accept the call from Zoom and connect the call.

Note: At the top of the Phone tab, a banner will be displayed, showing that you're using the Call Me On feature.

   • If you enabled Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls, use your device to accept the call from Zoom and press 1 to connect the call.
   • If you did not enable Notify me to press 1 before connecting calls, use your device to accept the call from Zoom and connect the call.
