Zoom for Salesforce Lightning integration blocked content issue

Issue

When attempting to open the Zoom CTI softphone with the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning integration, this error message will appear: This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

This error appears in Salesforce Developer environments, which are currently not supported.

Environment

This issue impacts the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning integration.

Resolution

If a customer is reporting this issue, recommend that they upgrade to one of the supported versions.

To resolve this issue, you must add https://applications.zoom.us or https://zoom.us to the list of Trusted URLs in Salesforce, depending on which product (Zoom Phone or Zoom Contact Center) is used.

  1. In the top-right corner of Salesforce, click the gear icon to access Setup.
  2. In the top-left corner, use the Quick Find bar to search for and find Trusted URLs.
  3. Above the displayed table, click the New Trusted URL button.
  4. Add the correct information to the fields, depending on the product that you use:
  5. Select all CSP Directives checkboxes to enable them.
  6. Click Save.
  7. (Optional) Repeat steps 2-6 with the unused option on each if both Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center are being used.
