Enabling or disabling AI Answer Generation
Admins can leverage the AI Answer Generation feature to create a more conversational and dynamic bot that uses a large language model (LLM) to generate answers from multiple sources and their knowledge base. When enabled, the bot will group the most recent five interactions and relevant knowledge base content to respond to user queries. Admins can enable this feature at the bot level by opting into Answer Generation, allowing them to decide when and how to use this advanced capability.
