Managing signed-in devices and sessions

You can easily view and manage all of the devices (such as desktop, mobile, or tablet) and sessions (such as web browser) where you’re logged in to your Zoom account, as well as sign out from individual or multiple devices and sessions at a time.

Admins with privilege to edit users can manage logged in devices and sessions for users on their account.

How to view or remove devices where you’re logged in to your Zoom account

Web portal

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. In the Where you’re logged in section, view a detailed list of all devices and sessions where your Zoom account is signed in.
    You will see information about each device or session as applicable, such as device name, hardware type, location, operating system or browser name, timestamp of last login, and more.
  4. (Optional) To sign out of an individual device or session, click the sign out icon , then click Sign out to confirm.
  5. (Optional) To sign out of all sessions, click Sign me out of all sessions, then click Sign out to confirm.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. In the Where you’re logged in section, view a detailed list of all devices and sessions where your Zoom account is signed in.
    You will see information about each device or session as applicable, such as device name, hardware type, location, operating system or browser name, timestamp of last login, and more.
  5. (Optional) To sign out of an individual device or session, click the sign out icon , then click Sign out to confirm.
  6. (Optional) To sign out of all sessions, click Sign me out of all sessions, then click Sign out to confirm.

Android | iOS

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Tap the More icon.
  3. At the top of the More menu, tap your name to open your profile settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap the Where you’re logged in section.
    You will see a detailed list of all devices and sessions where your Zoom account is signed in.
    This includes information about each device or session as applicable, such as device name, hardware type, location, operating system or browser name, timestamp of last login, and more.
  5. (Optional) To sign out of an individual device or session, tap the sign out icon .
  6. (Optional) To sign out of all sessions, tap Sign Out All Sessions, then tap Sign out to confirm.

How to view or remove devices where a user on your account is signed in (admins only)

Account owners and admins can manage users on their account and sign them out of individual or multiple devices and sessions at a time.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with privilege to edit users.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Users.
  3. Search for and click a user’s email/name ID.
  4. In the Where you’re logged in section, view a detailed list of all devices and sessions where this user’s Zoom account is signed in.
    You will see information about each device or session as applicable, such as device name, hardware type, location, operating system or browser name, timestamp of last login, and more.
  5. (Optional) To sign out of an individual device or session, click the sign out icon , then click Sign out to confirm.
  6. (Optional) To sign out of all sessions, click Sign me out of all sessions, then click Sign out to confirm.
