Importing a local file within Zoom Docs
You can import local files within Zoom Docs. The import process is handled asynchronously, and you can track the progress through notifications. Upon successful import, you can choose to create a new document or add the imported content as subpages to an existing document.
Prerequisites for importing a local file within Zoom Docs
- Basic, Pro, Pro Plus, Business, Business Plus, Education, or Enterprise account
- Zoom Workplace desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.1.10 or higher
- Zoom Workplace mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.1.10 or higher
- Zoom Web App
- Zoom Docs enabled
How to import a file within Zoom Docs
- Create or access your document.
- On the left of the page, to the right of your doc title or a subpage, click the more icon, then click Import.
- In the Import window, click the local file you want to import.
Note: If importing API files, you’ll need to connect to the API system.
Import a Notion file within Zoom Docs
- Export your page and its subpages or workspace from Notion as HTML.
A Zip file will be downloaded on your computer. - Import your file.
- In the Import window, click Notion.
- Click Select file.
