Viewing Customer Managed Key (CMK) reports
Account owners and admins can access the usage report for Customer Managed Key (CMK) under Account Management then Reports. These reports allow admins to see who requested access to encrypted recordings and whether multiple parties accessed the same recording. Each encryption or decryption operation includes a direct link to the relevant meeting or chat history, providing a seamless review process. Other data shown include the time, requester, and type of service or asset ID.
Requirements in viewing Customer Managed Key (CMK) reports
- Enabled Customer Managed Key (CMK) license
- Account owner or admin permissions to access Usage Reports for all users
- Role with Usage Reports permission enabled
How to view Customer Managed Key (CMK) reports
Note: The maximum report duration is 1 month.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an owner or admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports.
- Click the Usage Reports tab.
- Click Customer Managed Key.
- At the top, search or sort for the data using the following functionalities.
- Search by user email, asset ID: Search by user email or asset ID, then click Search.
- Search by time range: Select a date range (within a month) by selecting a specified date, then click Search.
- All asset types: Sort by asset types, then click Search.
- All requests: Sort by requests, then click Search.
- Click Export to export data as CSV file.
