Configuring Revenue Accelerator with Salesforce for Lightning
Account owners and admins have the ability to allow deal owners, managers, and other users to update deal data for the sellers on their teams. This permission is configured at the user level within the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning application, where all users must authenticate to gain access. With this feature, managers, deal owners, and other users can make changes to deal data during one-on-one coaching sessions, enabling them to better guide and assist their team members in the sales process.
Note: This feature is only compatible with Zoom for Salesforce Lightning application version 2.17.0 or later.
