Match information in Zoom Phone
- Sign in to Salesforce.
- Access Opportunities.
- Select the opportunity you want to manage.
- On the right side of the page, under Contact Roles, click a contact, then click the contact's phone number to call it.

- Comments: Enter comments or a message.
- Disposition: Click the dropdown menu and select a disposition.
- Click Save.
Note: Depending on your application version, you may not see a Save button if the Auto save call logs option was enabled in the Zoom Admin for Lightning app.
Notes:
- If the Contact/Lead and/or the Relate to fields are not filled in, ZRA will attempt to automatically match these fields. If you already filled in the Contact/Lead and/or the Relate to fields, ZRA will ensure that these fields are matched correctly. It is always recommended to complete these fields to ensure an accurate match.
- If the Name and/or the Relate to fields are not filled in, ZRA will attempt to automatically match these fields. If you already filled in the Name and/or the Relate to fields with an opportunity, ZRA will ensure that these fields are matched correctly.
