Enabling or disabling track webinar emails
Account owners and admins can enable the Track webinar emails setting, allowing specified email addresses to receive a copy of webinar emails sent from the system to webinar participants. This feature ensures that a copy of all types of Zoom-generated Webinar emails, including panelist invitations, panelist reminder emails, attendee registration confirmations, attendee reminder emails, and post-event follow-ups and absentee emails, are captured and sent to the designated email address(es) specified by an account admin.
Requirements for enabling or disabling track webinar emails
- Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
 - Zoom Webinars add-on
 - Account owner or admin privileges
 
How to enable or disable track webinar emails
Account
To enable or disable Track webinar emails for all users in the account:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
 - In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
 - Click the Webinar tab.
 - Under Emails, click the Track webinar emails toggle to enable or disable it.
 - If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
 - Click Specify email addresses to add users who will receive the emails.
 - (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon 
, and then click Lock to confirm the setting. 
Group
To enable or disable Track webinar emails for a group of users:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
 - In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
 - Click the applicable group name from the list.
 - Click the Webinar tab.
 - Under Emails, click the Track webinar emails toggle to enable or disable it.
 - If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at the account level and needs to be changed at that level. - Click Specify email addresses to add users who will receive the emails.
 - (Optional) To prevent all users in the group from changing this setting, click the lock icon
