Enabling Do Not Call integrations with Gryphon and Contact Center Compliance
Zoom Contact Center makes it easier to stay compliant with Do Not Call (DNC) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations by offering integrations to scrub outbound calls with Gryphon and DNC.com.
Requirements for enabling Do Not Call integrations with Gryphon and Contact Center Compliance
- Pro, Business, or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges; or relevant role/privilege
- Zoom Contact Center license
- An existing subscription is required to one of the providers
- A valid license key to use the Gryphon integration
- A valid login ID to use the DNC.com integration
How to enable a Do Not Call integration
Account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin or another role with the privilege to edit integration settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management, then Integrations.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click the Add Integration toggle to add a new integration.
- For Gryphon:
- Enter a connection name.
- Under License, enter the license key provided by Gryphon.
- (Optional) Enter a campaign name corresponding to the campaign set up in the Gryphon portal.
- Click Test connection.
- Click Save.
- For Contact Center Compliance (DNC.com):
- Enter a connection name.
- Under Login ID, enter the Login ID provided by DNC.com
- (Optional) Enter a campaign ID corresponding to the campaign set up in the DNC.com portal.
- Select the codes corresponding to phone numbers that you wish not to be called.
- Click Test connection.
- Click Save.
Note: In order for a DNC list to take effect, a campaign must select the list under the Do Not Contact Lists setting.
