Using Klarna as a Zoom payment method

Zoom accepts Klarna as a payment method for customers who meet eligibility criteria.

Requirements for paying with Klarna

• One of the following:
  • Customer making an active (net-new) purchase through one of the following scenarios:
    • Existing free Zoom account upgrading to a paid Zoom account
    • Existing free Zoom account resubscribing to a paid Zoom account (has an old, existing payment method on file)
    • New Zoom customer purchasing an account
  • Customer with existing Klarna payment method purchasing an account upgrade
    Note: Online purchase of Cloud Recording, Zoom Phone, Audio Conferencing, and Conference Room Connector is not currently supported with this payment method.
• Transacting in one of the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK, PLN
• Sold-to address in one of the following countries: US, UK, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Poland

How to use Klarna as your Zoom payment method

1. Start your purchase from the Zoom Plans and Pricing page and follow the instructions on screen.
2. Once you reach the payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Klarna as your Payment Method. Klarna offers flexible payment options, including pay-in-full, pay-later, or installments, depending on your region.
3. Click Proceed to Payment.
   You’ll be redirected to Klarna’s portal to sign up or sign in, verify your information, and choose a payment option.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the Klarna payment process.
   After completing payment, you’ll be redirected back to Zoom. Your account will be set up almost immediately and you will receive an email confirming your subscription details.

Note: Klarna's Pay in 3 installments and Pay in 30 days options are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. How to pay invoices with Klarna

To pay your invoices, make sure Klarna is your payment method as stated in the How to use Klarna as your Zoom payment method section, then your payment method will automatically be used without any further action needed.

If you used Klarna as your payment method when purchasing a Zoom account, you can also purchase upgrades to your account using Klarna. However, you cannot change your payment method to Klarna through the Zoom web portal if your plan was originally purchased using a different payment method.
